Never cut a tree down in the wintertime. Never make a
negative decision in the low time. Never make your most important decisions
when you are in your worst moods. Wait. Be patient. The storm will pass. The
spring will come. Our beloved founder member of KEVINTSA LateSHRI K.G.VARIER
had taken a bold decision on 13thoct 1973 for which today we all are
standing united without any fear.
All India Kendriya
Vidyalaya non-teaching staff association came into existence with its
inaugurated movement from southern part of our country. Shri K.G.VARIER was
unanimously elected to the post of general secretary in its first general
meeting on 13.10.1973 with Shri T.B.TENGADI as first patron of our beloved
association.

To develop such a confidence,
careful and candid team of workers so that a member of KEVINTSA would be the
idol of his Vidyalaya/RO/ZIET/HQ.

fight for all legitimate claims of non-teaching group B & C non-gazetted
KVS employee, to fight against all the unjustified actions of KVS and others
which may detriment to the non-teaching cadre.

To foster a spirit of
discipline, strength, self-respect, self-reliance and self-help among the
members.

To
protect, safeguard and improve the status, emoluments and other conditions of
service of the members.

To
provide monetary assistance, as funds of KEVINTSA permit, to the members and
their families in case of need, like sickness, marriage, death of Members
etc. as well as to provide for the material benefits to the members in
general through such concerns as Co-operative Schemes etc.

To
co-operate with all similarly placed Associations of employees of Central
Government Departments and Autonomous bodies like Port Trusts, Food Corp. of
India etc. whose aims and objects are of similar nature to those of KEVINTSA
subject to the condition that KEVINTSA shall be governed by its own
constitution in respect of activities affecting its members and control of
funds.
